Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through clear, data-driven narratives
- Contribute to data quality initiatives and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or willingness to learn rapidly
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
