Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize structured/unstructured data from multiple sources
- Create clear visualizations and reports using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
- Identify trends and patterns to support strategic business decisions
- Assist in developing KPI dashboards for client performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Participate in regular data analysis training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with SQL fundamentals (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly with minimal guidance
