Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key metrics
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior, sales, and operational data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards across systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling and visualizations
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation
