Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI integration, automation, and quantum readiness.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies before market launch.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities in the global tech ecosystem to keep Nexus Horizon ahead of the curve.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry leaders to drive forward-thinking R&D.
- Resource Management: Oversee the budget and resource allocation for high-risk, high-reward R&D projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology sector (AI, SaaS, or Robotics preferred).
- Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, blockchain, and emerging tech integration.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading diverse, global teams.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate industry shifts years in advance.
