In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge innovation and scalable business strategy, steering our trajectory toward a smarter, automated, and quantum-ready future.
You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Biology to build our strategic roadmap for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining key milestones for AI integration and automation.
- Lead high-level research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches in the AI or software space.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures and their potential for enterprise application.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and their future commercial viability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
