Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI and Digital Twin capabilities with business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and predictive Digital Twins.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership to ensure seamless technology adoption.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of major technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications
