Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Louisville and Ohio to define data requirements and translate business goals into analytical tasks.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Produce regular analytical insights and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Optimize database queries and data pipelines to improve reporting speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
