Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean, transform, and structure it for analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, compelling data visualizations and dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases, generate reports, and support data migration initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Mentorship: Actively participate in training sessions and mentor junior analysts as you grow within the program.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong aptitude for logic, problem-solving, and interpreting complex datasets.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with SQL or Python is preferred but not required due to our paid training model.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Reliability: Must be willing to commit to a structured training schedule and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Orlando, FL.
