Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to prepare them for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
- Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that drive strategic decision-making at the executive level.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ETL processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
