Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various internal and external sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of all reporting metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
