Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reports (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
- Maintain and optimize ETL processes to ensure data is up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, regression, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
