Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data integrity.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Maintain and optimize database queries for faster reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ETL processes.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
