Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection and quality
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and develop automated reporting systems
- Support strategic initiatives through advanced statistical modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar preferred
