Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning, validating, and transforming datasets from various sources.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting datasets.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
