Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for clients in Virginia Beach and Florida.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, data models, and ETL pipelines.
- Create interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Conduct deep-dive data audits during weekend shifts to resolve discrepancies.
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a weekend shift environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-hours.
