Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure they are accurate and ready for analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining using SQL, Python, and other tools to identify trends.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure reliable reporting across the organization.
- Assist in the maintenance of the company's data warehouse and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desired.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical team members clearly.
