Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive data analysis to support weekend operational strategies and forecasting models.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure high data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through rigorous data review.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a shift-based environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, stored procedures) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
