Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend ETL: Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading of data over the weekend to ensure the Monday morning database is fully operational and accurate.
- Visualize Insights: Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation checks to eliminate errors and inconsistencies across multiple data sources.
- Support Business Strategy: Analyze historical trends to support long-term forecasting and business planning during the off-peak hours.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the operations team to understand data needs and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a weekend shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
