Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data, perform joins, and optimize database performance for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track trends.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting anomalies and growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with the operations and sales teams to interpret data findings and recommend strategic solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
