Your Mission:
As our Weekend Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and business strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring our weekend reporting cycles are seamless, accurate, and insightful, allowing our leadership team to make informed decisions without missing a beat.
Responsibilities
- Extract, Clean, and Analyze: Gather data from various sources, ensuring high-quality data integrity and cleaning processes to prepare for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Reporting & Communication: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand data requirements and support product development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Availability: Mandatory requirement: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
