Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create advanced visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques for forecasting trends
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, and compliance standards
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, and time-series analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in remote teams with asynchronous collaboration tools
