Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, specifically focusing on weekend operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data models and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support high-level decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proven experience working in a shift-based or weekend role is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
