Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize operational workflows.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate weekly/monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Maintain data pipelines and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data anomalies and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the tech or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
