Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex web and mobile applications
- Execute regression, integration, and performance testing cycles using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to identify and document defects
- Maintain and enhance continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-based SaaS platforms and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with emphasis on web/mobile testing
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java for test scripting
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent industry recognition
