Join Data Insights Corp as a Weekend Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business intelligence! We're seeking a detail-oriented analyst to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM) supporting our e-commerce and retail clients. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at our Fort Worth headquarters. You'll work with cutting-edge tools to drive data-driven decisions for Fortune 500 partners while enjoying competitive compensation and a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare weekly performance reports for stakeholders across 3 business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and tracking methodologies
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for marketing campaigns
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation
- Present findings to leadership teams during weekday handover meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience working with large datasets (100K+ records)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
