Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for weekend reporting cycles
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Prepare weekly performance summaries for leadership review
- Optimize data collection systems to ensure weekend data accuracy and efficiency
- Document data processes and maintain data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
