- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through validation protocols and quality checks
- Present findings to non-technical audiences using clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with weekend availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing
- Excellent communication abilities to translate data into business insights
