Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and data modeling to support analytical projects.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or T-SQL).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
