Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, scrub, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize KPIs and track progress.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend solutions to optimize workflow and data management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and support product development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing skills), Python, or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality and logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present data to non-technical audiences.
