Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
