Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analyses to identify trends and anomalies in user behavior data
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data collection requirements and ensure data quality
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Optimize database queries and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
