Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and process large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business outcomes.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and perform advanced data manipulation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to define data requirements and present actionable insights.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reviews to optimize business processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data pipelines, models, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
