Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making processes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure data governance and reproducibility.
- Present analytical findings and insights to management and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures, and joins) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and database management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
