Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive management.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and metrics for product success.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and resource allocation.
- Present complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Document data models, analysis processes, and business requirements to maintain a scalable data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
