Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Create detailed, actionable reports for stakeholders to support business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and propose solutions to enhance data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
