Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and complex data extraction.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and scripting.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business insights.
