Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analytics & Modeling: Perform complex statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, visually appealing dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and recommend solutions to enhance data accessibility and reporting efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing skills), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ETL processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
