Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the healthcare or finance industry is a plus.
