Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data pipelines and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
