About the Role:
In this role, you will be the bridge between our data and business strategy. You will uncover trends, perform complex analyses, and build compelling visualizations that drive decision-making. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility of a home office with the stability of a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting systems and databases.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and operational improvements.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying and Database Management) is mandatory.
- Strong skills in Excel, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
