Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and key performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
