Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data mining, cleansing, and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance analysis to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
