Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights using SQL and Python.
- Visualization: Design and develop compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create regular and ad-hoc reports that support executive decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Quality: Implement and maintain data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data sources.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to translate data requirements into analytical models and solutions.
- Strategy: Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables) and familiarity with Python/R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
