Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy.
- Analytics & Modeling: Perform complex statistical analysis and build predictive models to support business goals.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create executive summaries and reports that translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance.
- Automation: Develop SQL scripts and Python automation tools to streamline data workflows and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify trends, outliers, and errors within large datasets.
