Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in Raleigh and Virginia to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently from relational databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing is highly preferred.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area and hold a valid US work authorization.
