Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and integrate data from disparate sources (CRM, SQL databases, APIs) to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and trends for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify business trends, forecast future performance, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting: Create detailed, data-driven reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose data-backed solutions.
- SQL & Automation: Develop complex SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data retrieval and streamline reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
