Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems, analyze data to find solutions, and present findings to stakeholders. Whether you are based in our Louisville hub or relocating to our Virginia headquarters, your impact will be vital.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/PowerBI) to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast future trends and business scenarios.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise reports.
- Partner with management to define requirements and address business questions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Optimize database queries and improve data pipeline efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Virginia with assistance provided.
