- Develop Data Visualizations: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present complex data in an accessible format for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data and ensure data integrity across multiple databases.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to predict future trends and support forecasting efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processes and recommend optimizations to improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and advanced SQL skills.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive insights from unstructured data.
