- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reporting data.
- Present findings to management and non-technical audiences in a way that drives decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply.
