Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Write comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data needs and solve complex business problems.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to assist in budgeting and future planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization) and Excel (advanced functions).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
